Robert Eryou
Robert brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across banking, fintech and the legal industries. A serial entrepreneur with multiple patents and over five startups to his name, he has a proven ability to turn bold ideas into scalable businesses.
He combines deep industry knowledge with entrepreneurial drive to deliver innovative solutions that help clients navigate an increasingly digital world. He leads the Family Cybersecurity and Digital Estate Planning programs, both now live, guiding organizations and families toward greater security and resilience.
Mike Barrowman
With more than 25 years in IT strategy, crisis management and business continuity, Mike has helped organizations design systems that perform securely in high-stakes environments. He previously founded and scaled a successful software and consulting services company, bringing practical expertise in building resilient solutions.
A former Olympian and world record holder, Mike brings the same focus and discipline from athletics into technology leadership. He ensures the company’s platforms are forward-looking, secure and scalable. He also serves as lead Advisor for the Business Continuity program, coming soon in 2026.
Vlad Logvinov
Vlad brings over two decades of experience guiding organizations through digital transformation and complex technology initiatives, with deep expertise in cross-jurisdictional product development across various industries.
He shapes the UI/UX of the Asyncwork platform to make it more efficient, intuitive and user-friendly, bridging the gap between platform complexity and user engagement. His innovative use of visual and interactive models aims to improve adoption of the platform. He is a lead Advisor for small-business-focused programs in the cybersecurity and compliance space, helping organizations build resilience while staying aligned with evolving regulatory standards. He also serves as lead Advisor for the Cybersecurity for Micro-Enterprise and Cybersecurity Internal Audit programs, now live.
Melissa Pelto
Melissa brings 20 years of marketing and communications expertise in the financial services industry. She has led high-performing teams at global organizations, helping them strengthen client trust, increase visibility and achieve measurable growth.
She blends storytelling, strategy and execution to position the company as a trusted innovator in the market. Melissa is the practice lead for the Thought Leadership for Subject Matter Experts program, now live, helping clients craft compelling narratives that fuel long-term success.
David Strawn
David brings more than four decades of experience at the intersection of securities law and business strategy. As an attorney, he has represented broker-dealers, venture capital firms and public and private companies in transactions ranging from IPOs to cross-border acquisitions, always with a focus on helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
Beyond his legal career, David has invested in and guided startups and growth-stage companies across industries including healthcare, biosciences, telecommunications and financial services. He is the lead Advisor for the Trade Secret Sentinel and Startup Wisdom programs, now live.
